Refund Policy

Iron Bull Fitness Arena (Pvt) Ltd

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Membership fees are refundable only within three (3) days from the original date of purchase. A 95% refund will be issued to cover applicable banking and administrative charges. 5% of the total amount will be retained. After the three-day period, no refunds will be provided, regardless of usage, dissatisfaction, or personal schedule changes.

2. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer, regardless of the original method of payment (cash, card, or online). Members must provide accurate bank account details in writing when submitting a refund request. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.

3. Refunds Due to Misconduct

If a member is removed from the facility due to misconduct, abuse, or violation of gym policies, the number of days the membership was used will be calculated. The cost for the used days will be deducted from the total membership fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded via bank transfer. The member will be permanently banned from using Iron Bull Fitness Arena facilities.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Personal training packages once commenced
  • Promotional or discounted memberships
  • Registration fees or one-time sign-up charges
  • Merchandise or supplement purchases

5. Submission Process

To request a refund, please submit:

  • A written request addressed to the management
  • Proof of original payment (receipt or transaction slip)
  • Bank account details for processing
